Regular Payments questions
You see the rate 24 hours before each send. If it has moved, skip that instalment free — or set a minimum acceptable rate and we'll auto-skip below it.
Instalments run from £50 to £100,000. Larger regular flows, such as business payroll, move to a tailored Business schedule with a dedicated dealer.
By direct debit two working days before the send date, or instantly by debit card if you prefer. Failed debits retry automatically and we always warn you first.
