1. Our service
Swiftsettle Pay provides international money transfer services — converting funds you pay in one currency and paying out to a recipient you nominate in another. We are licensed as a money transmitter in each market we operate in, and client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier-one banking partners.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and verify your identity before sending. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential, to notify us immediately of unauthorised access, and to provide accurate recipient details — we cannot recover funds sent to details you mistyped once they are paid out.
3. Transfers, rates and fees
Every quote shows the exchange rate, our fee and the estimated delivery time before you confirm. Confirming a transfer forms a binding payment instruction at that rate. Delivery estimates are honest forecasts, not guarantees: four in five transfers arrive within minutes, but banking hours, compliance reviews and payout-partner cut-offs can extend delivery.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel any transfer free of charge while it is still processing, for a full refund including fees. Once funds have been paid out to the recipient, cancellation is no longer possible, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recalls through the receiving institution.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Swiftsettle Pay for unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or transfers on behalf of undisclosed third parties. We screen all transfers and may delay, request documentation for, or refuse any transaction required by law or our compliance policies.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any transfer is limited to the transfer amount plus our fee. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect details you provided, delays outside our control, or market movements between quote and confirmation.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email and in-app announcement. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms: contact us any time.
